Refund Policy
Last updated March 15, 2026. This policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions, usage balances, and related charges.
General policy
Unless a commercial agreement states otherwise, the ₹999/mo base license is billed in advance and usage balances (compute) are intended for service consumption rather than withdrawal.
Refunds are assessed case by case where there is an unauthorized charge, material service SLA failure, or another legally required basis.
When refunds are usually not available
- Used credits or already-consumed usage.
- Change of mind after a service has been provisioned or a period has begun.
- Configuration mistakes or operational misuse by the customer where the platform behaved as designed.
Review process
- Requests should include the account identifier, payment details, and the reason for the request.
- Nodebase may request evidence or logs to evaluate the claim.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical.
For billing disputes, include enough operational detail to let us investigate quickly.
That usually shortens resolution time more than escalation language does.
